During this meeting we discuss your housing wishes and possibilities. And we discuss how we can help you in your quest for a new home. Does our working method appeal to you? Then we make a quotation and plan of action to buy a house.

Searching for opportunities


As a purchase broker, we are happy to help you to sharpen your search picture. What kind of home are you looking for and where are your options? Are there things you haven't thought of? Together we come up with a search and we ensure that you receive the real-time offer in the mail of homes that meet the search criteria. Usually before the house is on Funda!

Viewings


Spotted a nice house? We schedule a viewing. Together we visit the house and we give you insight into the advantages and disadvantages of the house and the quality of the technical construction

Bidding or negotiations


Are you still excited? Then it's time for a bid or negotiation. We give you insight into the value of a home and determine the negotiation strategy. In the case of a bidding procedure, we look for information from the selling party and we discuss with you what the property is worth and what a promising bid could look like. Fingers crossed..

Signing the contract and transfer of ownership

We closed the deal! Together we discuss the purchase agreement and help you understand what your are signing for. We also help you with the other things that need to be organised. On the day of transfer of ownership we inspect the house together.
